I paid for Plus on another phone — how do I restore it?
Open the Plus screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I cancel Self-ish Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Self-ish, then cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my free cloud backups after 30 days?
On a free account, video clips are removed from the cloud after 30 days, but the originals stay on your phone the whole time. Your mood selfies, notes and summaries stay backed up. Upgrade to Plus any time to keep your full video archive in the cloud.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You → Delete my account. It removes your account, every cloud file, and every record right away. This can't be undone. Cancel any Apple subscription separately in iOS Settings.
I forgot my PIN.
Sign in again with Sign in with Apple or your email code, and you'll be back in.
I'm moving to a new phone.
Sign in on the new phone with the same account. Any nights you had backed up will come back. (On a free account, remember video clips older than 30 days are no longer in the cloud — those live only on your old phone.)
